A look inside Paintball Arkansas Zombie Hunt | Events
CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) – Out on the outskirts of Conway, contagion has spread, the dead are walking, and the only safe house left in the country has been compromised. Through the emergency exit, you’re left with no choice but to jump on a ride through the woods with nothing but the weapons you’re given and your own fear.
Paintball Arkansas Zombie Hunt has opened for its second year and offers a frightful ride on the Zombie Annihilation Vehicle, 100 rounds of glow-in-the-dark ammo, and a tour through a labyrinth of horrors. The 25 to 30 minute tour is $25 per person and includes all of the above plus sideshow acts by PaulPrater.com.
Thursday was opening night and tours run to Nov. 8 on Thursdays through Saturdays. Gates open at 7 p.m.
General Manager Andy Hill said the attraction brought in hundreds of enthusiasts last year and more are expected this time around. He said this unique hayride and trail offers an exciting adventure that you’d only have to see to believe.
Two members of the THV11 digital team went through the hay ride and trail to give readers a glimpse of what they might find—both highly recommend going.
“It was thrilling to shoot the zombies, the haunted house was scary, and I think I screamed louder than all the children that were with us,” confirmed nightside web producer Kaitlin Barger.
