Several drug arrests made in White Co. | News
WHITE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Several people in White County are under arrest for various drug charges.
In Bald Knob, the Central Arkansas Drug Task Force and the White County Sheriff's Office seized 10 grams of suspected meth in the form of ice, valued at $1,000, two firearms, and drug paraphernalia at a home on Fire Tower Raod.
Arrested at the home was:
Phillip Walls, 41, of Bald Knob - Charged with possession with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and maintaining a drug premises. He's being held on bond on $25,000 bond.
Danille Taylor, 31, of Bald Knob - Charged with possession with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises. She is being held on $10,000 bond.
Earnest Gilbert, 47, of Bradford - Arrested for misdemeanor warrant.
Others charged with possession of drug paraphernalia are Donna McDaniel, 50 of Bradford, Dierra Thomas, 19 of Bald Knob, Amanda Burleson, 41 of Bald Knob, and Harold Gilbert, 51 of Bradford. They were cited and released.
That same day in Searcy, a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested after a traffic stop. A Searcy officer found a set of brass knuckles, a loaded .40 caliber Glock semi-automatic pistol, a black backpack with 26 grams of suspected marijuana (value of $100), and various pills.
Police found 164 oxycodone tablets (valued at $4,920), 55 clonazepam tablets (value $110), 134 morphine tablets (valued at $4,020), and 22 Alprazolam, or Zanax, tablets (valued at $44). All were in 33 individual plastic bags along with two sets of digital scales.
The teen was initially arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon.
